Key Responsibilities: Execute outbound prospecting through multi-channel approaches (cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn, client gifting) targeting 60-80 calls daily, develop relationships with potential K-12 education clients, and maintain CRM data quality in HubSpot while hitting monthly SQL quotas and annual ACV targets.
Skills & Tools: Proven sales experience with strong communication, strategic planning, cold calling ability, and demonstrated tenacity to exceed targets. Expertise in prospecting, relationship building, and proficiency with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot.
Qualifications: Minimum 1+ years of B2B or B2C sales experience with proven prospecting and closing track record; door-to-door sales experience preferred. Ability to work independently in a startup environment with comfort facing rejection and identifying decision makers.
Location: 100% remote from Columbus, OH, United States with no travel required
Compensation: $50,000 – $70,000 / annually
