Join Lucid Software as a Payroll Specialist to manage multi-state US payroll operations and support international jurisdictions while maintaining high standards of data integrity and operational excellence. This role is critical to ensuring accurate, compliant payroll processing across a dynamic, award-winning organization.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee payroll data verification and internal controls, manage time and attendance collection, coordinate fringe benefits and tax compliance, and perform pre- and post-payroll audits and monthly/quarterly/annual reporting. Serve as subject matter expert for US multi-state payroll functions including 401(k) administration, leave of absence, and international payroll support.

Skills & Tools: Advanced Excel and HRIS proficiency (Workday experience preferred), strong US payroll knowledge across multiple states, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving and communication abilities. Technical acumen for navigating multiple systems and a zeal for process optimization are essential.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with 2-3 years of payroll experience, ideally in a SaaS company or with international payroll familiarity. Subject matter expertise in 401(k) administration, fringe benefits, and multi-state compliance is highly valued.

Compensation: $55K–$75K/yr
