Job Description
We are currently seeking a Seasonal Customer Service Support Representative to work on-site at our Carson headquarters within our Customer Relations division. In this fast-paced, customer-focused role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our valued customers, providing timely, accurate and professional support across multiple channels.
Successful candidates will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to delivering above-and-beyond service experiences. Responsibilities include processing written and telephone orders, assisting customers with product inquiries, resolving order-related issues and ensuring accurate data entry to support a seamless customer journey.

A day on the job looks like this:
- Entering and processing return orders, replacement orders and credits in SAP accurately and in a timely manner
- Reviewing information for accuracy and ensuring compliance with company guidelines
- Responding to customer emails with general questions about orders, returns, credits and other inquiries
- Providing clear, helpful and professional responses to customers
