Summary
Lead the renewal process for Hack The Box's federal government contracts, focusing on customer relationships and contract negotiations to optimize subscription licenses. Serve as a trusted advisor to federal clients while ensuring seamless contract continuation aligned with government regulations and company goals.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency with Hubspot, ChurnZero, Pandadoc, and Jira; strong contract negotiation and communication abilities; understanding of U.S. government procurement processes. Excellent organizational skills, teamwork orientation, and ability to manage multiple internal stakeholder relationships.
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in account management or customer service with demonstrated expertise in contract renewals. Experience with U.S. government contracts and the ability to negotiate complex agreements required.
Location: Remote from California, United States
Compensation: $78,000 – $84,000 / annually
