Lead and enhance partnerships at Achievement Network to ensure measurable educational impact across the United States. Oversee a dedicated team of coaches while serving as strategic advisor to system leaders and managing a portfolio of partners.
Skills & Tools: Leadership vision, excellent communication and decision-making abilities, team management experience, instructional expertise, and strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence senior system leaders.
Qualifications: Experience managing complex partnerships, background in instructional leadership, and a proven track record of developing diverse teams.
Location: Flexible within the United States with up to 30% travel based on partnership needs and internal retreats
Compensation: $114,750 – $191,250 / annually
