Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $65,000 - $85,000.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our close-knit finance team. Reporting directly to the Accounting Manager, you will be a key player in our day-to-day financial operations. This is a hybrid role based out of our vibrant Atlanta and Halcyon office, requiring 2-3 days on-site per week. This is an incredible opportunity for an accounting professional who wants to gain deep experience in a high-growth SaaS environment, working alongside a talented team including two Senior Accountants, a Controller, and our CFO.

Core Responsibilities

Financial Accuracy: Own the daily posting of expenses and cash transactions within NetSuite, ensuring our financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
Vendor Management: Lead the vendor onboarding process, including W-9 collection and system setup.
Expense Compliance: Review Brex corporate credit card transactions to ensure alignment with company policies and accounting procedures.
Audit Readiness: Maintain supporting documentation for expenses within Brex and NetSuite.
Month-End Close: Actively participate in the month-end close process, collaborating with the team to meet deadlines and ensure reporting integrity.
Ad-Hoc Projects: Support the Accounting Manager on special projects that contribute to the department’s goals.

Key Skills & Experience

Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in a Staff Accountant role or similar capacity.
Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with NetSuite or Brex is a significant plus.
Detail Obsessed: An organized approach to handling high-volume transactions with 100% accuracy.
Strong Communicator: Ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
