The Compensation Consultant supports the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs including base salary and incentive structures at CDW. This role involves participating in market surveys, designing salary structures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory changes.

Qualifications: Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of compensation experience or 7+ years of compensation experience. Preferred qualifications include international compensation design experience and proficiency with tools such as Changepoint, PeopleSoft, and ProClarity, along with CSCP certification.

Compensation: $79,000 – $110,200 / annually
