Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in software implementation, CRM/AMS consulting, or client-facing professional services with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

At Momentive Software, the Cobalt team specializes in agile implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365, coupled with our own Cobalt products built on the Microsoft platform, serving associations, chambers of commerce, and other member-based organizations. In this role, you will collaborate with our clients to gain an in-depth understanding of their business objectives and deliver software solutions that align with those objectives. Your contributions will encompass project management, business analysis, system customization and configuration, functional documentation, and quality assurance, generating value for and trust with our clients. To thrive in this position, you should possess strong organizational skills, a drive to solve business challenges through technology, a penchant for collaborating with both internal team members and external clients, and a passion for exploring and mastering new, intricate technologies. Duties & Responsibilities • Learn and master Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Cobalt's product to effectively configure no-code solutions for our clients • Provide hands-on guidance to clients on best practices for leveraging Cobalt and Microsoft Dynamics 365 • Lead requirements gathering and discovery sessions to translate client business processes into Cobalt configurations • Assist with business analysis, functional documentation, quality assurance, and system configuration activities throughout the software development life cycle • Determine database and Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration needs and requirements for new clients • Support data conversion and migration from legacy systems into Cobalt • Maintain regular communication with clients during projects to develop trust and cooperation • Manage project deliverables, timelines, and client expectations for your implementation projects, supported by a project management officer (PMO) • Manage multiple concurrent client implementations while working with minimal supervision Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required Experience • Requires 2 to 4 years of related experience in software implementation, CRM or AMS consulting, or client-facing professional services • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience Computer/Technical • Experience configuring a CRM or AMS platform (such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or a comparable system) • Proficient in Office 365, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, and data migration concepts • Demonstrated ability to learn new software applications quickly Other Skills • Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and follow-up skills • Demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships and trust with customers • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to work both individually and as a member of a team • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Working Conditions • This is a remote position. Team members who prefer in-person collaboration are welcome at our Arlington, VA office, where several colleagues work regularly. • Extended viewing of computer screens • Some overnight travel may be required for client and team engagements Essential Functions • Spends time at a computer workstation and desk. • Moves throughout department or other locations to access or exchange information. • May involve carrying loads up to 50 lbs. and being able to remain in a stationary position. • May involve lowering oneself to file, and reaching, twisting or turning. • Involves handling office materials, typing, writing and other tasks that require manual dexterity. • Continuous listening. • Ability to communicate information. • This job may require accommodating different bodily movements and physical abilities.
