Role Snapshot
The Manager of Strategic Partnerships drives high-value new business at Studer Education through strategic relationships with senior-level districts and partner-led growth, focusing on enterprise opportunities and multi-year engagements. This role is critical to expanding the company's strategic footprint and accelerating revenue growth through influence-based pathways and trusted partnerships.
Key Responsibilities: Generate new revenue from complex, high-value sales and lead consultative conversations with senior district leaders to align solutions with strategic priorities. Develop and activate strategic partnerships and referral networks, manage enterprise sales processes from qualification through close, maintain accurate pipeline data, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure solution fit.
Skills & Tools: 5β7+ years of B2B sales experience with strong consultative selling and ability to engage senior leaders; proficiency in CRM management and excellent communication skills are essential. Strategic mindset with capability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes and build influence-based relationships.
Qualifications: Preferred background in education or consulting with proven success closing enterprise-level deals and managing strategic partnerships. Ability to develop referral networks, execute territory strategies, and maintain strong pipeline health and forecast accuracy.
