Role Snapshot

Revenue Operations Analyst supporting Discovery Education's EdTech sales organization by optimizing go-to-market insights and administering incentive compensation programs. This hybrid role bridges Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations to ensure accurate compensation, scalable processes, and data-driven revenue growth.

Skills & Tools: Strong analytical thinking with advanced Excel proficiency, expertise in sales compensation tools (Forma.ai), and familiarity with BI software (Looker/Tableau). Demonstrated attention to detail, independent problem-solving ability, and capability to drive operational excellence in compensation administration.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field with 3+ years of experience in revenue or sales operations, preferably in EdTech or SaaS environments. Experience in sales compensation administration and demonstrated ability to manage complex incentive plans required.
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina
Compensation: $75Kโ€“$90K/yr
