Summary
Junior Hybrid Infrastructure Support Technician who manages and supports desktop infrastructure in both local and cloud environments while providing excellent customer service to end-users. The role focuses on administering, maintaining, and documenting desktop architectures across Windows, macOS, and cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve desktop OS issues, provide support for Azure Virtual Desktop, manage user accounts in Active Directory/Azure AD, administer MDM platforms (JAMF and MS Intune), and handle deskside support and training. Additionally, monitor EDR logs, maintain patch automation and antivirus servers, support PCI environment compliance, and assist with conference room maintenance.
Skills & Tools: Required skills include proficiency in Windows and macOS, knowledge of network topology, experience with MDM platforms (JAMF and MS Intune), and strong communication and de-escalation abilities.
