Business Development Representative at Docebo targeting Mid-Market accounts in North America to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound inquiry management using AI-driven learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage key stakeholders in target accounts through personalized outreach, manage inbound inquiries, conduct outbound calls to establish rapport and qualify opportunities, and own pipeline generation to support company growth.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in lead qualification, time management, pre-call planning, and the ability to build rapport quickly with prospects.
Qualifications: Minimum 1+ year in a customer-facing role preferably in sales or demand generation; Mid-Market BDR/sales experience is preferred.
Location: Toronto, Ontario
Compensation: CA$50K–CA$70K/yr
