Qualifications: Proven experience as an Enterprise Account Executive selling to large organizations with demonstrated success closing deals at $500,000+. Deep understanding of B2B sales methodologies, territory management, and the ability to navigate complex decision-making processes.

The Role


The Account Executive III sells Axonify’s modern learning platform to enterprise level clients, penetrating new markets and establishing new named accounts utilizing Axonify’s sales methodology. You will be responsible for properly working your territory, managing lead flow (creation and managing inbound) through creating a buy vision, articulating a value proposition and navigating the complexities of the decision-making process.

What You’ll Build


  • Manage opportunities from qualification to close, through large, complex enterprise sized organizations
  • Navigate to decision makers within organizations and build business cases illustrating ROI to drive opportunities
  • Recognize and creatively address potential “red flags” in the buying processes of large organizations
  • Develop an effective territory strategy that ensures prospecting coverage and effective pipeline generation
  • Disrupt the “status quo” within organizations and initiates change by demonstrating and getting agreement on a new approach to learning
  • Own the relationship through the entire sales process actively engaging other resources as necessary to ensure success
  • Use the latest sales and marketing tools and modern social media approaches to connect with strategically determined accounts
  • Present and demonstrate the Axonify solution to potential prospects by traveling to the customer site or via electronic presentation if appropriate
  • Work in cooperation with the marketing team to establish and grow pipeline through targeted outbound strategies
  • Offer guidance to junior sales team members on the Business Development Team
  • Create proposals and quotations for qualified prospects and lead RFP process for prospects
  • Track activities in Salesforce and work with leadership to create a sales growth plan
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge through ongoing training; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
  • Manage the negotiation and contract process on deals at and above $500,000
  • Gain deep understanding of the Axonify platform and methodologies and use this information to target sales efforts
  • Collaborate with internal experts, mentors and team members on marketing campaigns, such as trade shows, webinars, website visits and referral inquiries

What You’ll Bring


  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in the frontline audiences, eLearning, Finance & Insurance, or related industries
  • Experience selling complex SaaS Software, preferably in a disruptive market. A record of achievement and technical solution expertise in a comparable sales role.
  • Strong understanding of business, sales and strategic pipeline growth and management.
  • Strong ability to persuade and influence, gain support, and plan ahead for prospective sales activities
  • Advanced ability to deliver effective presentations and be intentional on all communication to create a strong value proposition
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented, with proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Demonstrated experience in developing client relationships, prospecting and negotiation skills, with the ability to take complex, fully custom deals through to close
  • Experience managing and tracking activities in Salesforce and working with leadership to create a sales growth plan.
  • Territory management experience
  • Commitment to presenting and demonstrating our solution by traveling to customer locations within North America up to 25% of the time when appropriate.

The estimated base salary range for this role is 77,600 CAD GBP - 97,000 GBP - 116,400 GBP and reflects growth from building capability in the role to fully excelling over time, with most new hires joining near the midpoint. Actual salaries may vary within the range, or above or below it, based on factors such as experience, skills, location, and business needs.
