Role Snapshot

The Executive Customer Advisor serves as a strategic partner to enterprise customers, driving their success and expansion with Gainsight's platform. This role directly impacts customer retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth through proactive engagement and strategic guidance.

Key Responsibilities: Manage relationships with key executive stakeholders, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure customers achieve their desired business outcomes. Conduct regular business reviews, collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, and develop customer success plans.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities with demonstrated consultative selling or customer success experience. Technical acumen to understand platform capabilities and strategic business thinking to align customer goals with solutions.
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar client-facing roles. Bachelor's degree preferred with proven track record managing enterprise customer relationships.
