Summary

Join Kognity as an Account Executive to drive sales of AI-powered learning solutions across 120+ countries, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing school subscriptions. Help transform education by partnering with senior decision-makers at US schools and districts.

Key Responsibilities: Own the complete sales cycle including prospecting, qualification, and closing multi-year deals with schools; deliver tailored product demos, lead end-to-end trials, achieve monthly revenue targets, and collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams on onboarding and market feedback.
Skills & Tools: Proven solution-based selling experience with ability to prospect, negotiate, and close complex deals; strong relationship-building and consultative selling mindset; clear, persuasive communication skills adaptable to different audiences; resilience, self-motivation, and ownership-driven attitude. Curiosity about AI and willingness to experiment with new tools is a plus.
Qualifications: Demonstrated experience engaging with senior decision-makers such as district leaders and superintendents in new-business sales; track record of managing complex, multi-year sales cycles in fast-paced environments required.
Location: Remote work available from anywhere in the United States
Compensation: $80,000 โ€“ $90,000/year
