Account Manager III responsible for managing a portfolio of 100-200 accounts at Wiley, driving revenue growth through strategic account planning, relationship building, and consultative sales approaches in the academic publishing sector.

Key Responsibilities: Manage assigned account portfolio with revenue targets and renewal rate responsibility, develop strategic account plans, analyze customer usage data, identify cross-selling opportunities, and execute data-driven negotiations while maintaining CRM records and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
Skills & Tools: Strong consultative sales skills, ability to diagnose institutional research and teaching needs, data-driven decision making, complex negotiation abilities, and excellent written/email communication with proven capacity to work independently and manage a book of business.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with 5-7+ years of experience managing strategic accounts and hitting sales targets, plus demonstrated success in complex selling situations and exceeding financial sales goals.
Location: In-Person - Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is AED 150,000 – AED 250,000/year based on Account Manager III seniority level, 5-7+ years experience, Wiley's global standards, and Dubai market rates.
