Role Snapshot
Account Executive (Director of Educational Partnerships) for Solution Tree selling K-12 professional development solutions across Iowa and Missouri territories. The role focuses on developing strategic sales plans and building relationships with educational decision-makers to exceed revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets across print resources, online offerings, educator events, and onsite professional development. Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers including Superintendents, district administrators, and principals through in-person meetings, phone calls, and video conferencing.
Skills & Tools: Strong solution selling and account targeting abilities with proficiency in Salesforce, Outlook, Excel, and Word. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational abilities, and diagnostic information gathering with demonstrated initiative and results orientation.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of five years of successful sales experience, preferably in K-12 education. Valid driver's license and ability to work from a home office within the Iowa and Missouri territory.
Location: Iowa and Missouri
Compensation: $60Kβ$85K/yr
