Senior Key Account Manager responsible for driving retention, growth, and strategic partnerships across Famly's largest UK enterprise accounts while mentoring other KAMs. This role operates at the highest level of account ownership, balancing complex stakeholder management with team leadership and customer-centric innovation.

Key Responsibilities: Lead strategic relationships with senior stakeholders across high-value accounts, design long-term account strategies, identify and close significant upsell opportunities, and enable other KAMs through mentoring and skills development. Own forecasting and portfolio reporting while acting as the voice of the customer internally to align Product, Sales, and CX teams.
Skills & Tools: Expert relationship management, strategic account planning, consultative selling, and commercial acumen paired with strong leadership, peer mentoring, and cross-functional communication abilities. Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive customer-centric solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications: Typically requires 7+ years in key account management or enterprise sales, with proven success managing large, complex accounts and demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members. Strong track record of revenue growth, account expansion, and strategic partnership development.

Famly is looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to drive retention, growth, and deep partnerships across our UK enterprise accounts.

As a Senior Key Account Manager at Famly, you will operate at the highest level of strategic account ownership. You will take the lead on our largest and most complex partnerships, as well as mentor and support the development of other KAMs.

🚀 What you'll be doing

This isn't just about managing a book of business; it's about operating at the highest level of strategic account ownership and influencing our overall Key Accounts team.

  • Lead our most valuable and complex accounts with an executive-level approach. You'll build deep, multi-threaded relationships with senior stakeholders.

  • Design and deliver long-term account strategies, driving expansion, retention, and strategic alignment.

  • Identify and close significant upsell opportunities through deep commercial and consultative work.

  • Enable other Key Account Managers (KAMs), supporting onboarding, peer reviews and skills development.

  • Act as a voice of the customer across Product, Sales and CX, helping align internal teams with client needs

  • Own forecasting and portfolio reporting for leadership, ensuring clarity on growth, risks, and outcomes.
