Famly is looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to drive retention, growth, and deep partnerships across our UK enterprise accounts.
As a Senior Key Account Manager at Famly, you will operate at the highest level of strategic account ownership. You will take the lead on our largest and most complex partnerships, as well as mentor and support the development of other KAMs.

🚀 What you'll be doing
This isn't just about managing a book of business; it's about operating at the highest level of strategic account ownership and influencing our overall Key Accounts team.
Lead our most valuable and complex accounts with an executive-level approach. You'll build deep, multi-threaded relationships with senior stakeholders.
Design and deliver long-term account strategies, driving expansion, retention, and strategic alignment.
Identify and close significant upsell opportunities through deep commercial and consultative work.
Enable other Key Account Managers (KAMs), supporting onboarding, peer reviews and skills development.
Act as a voice of the customer across Product, Sales and CX, helping align internal teams with client needs
Own forecasting and portfolio reporting for leadership, ensuring clarity on growth, risks, and outcomes.
