Role Snapshot

Project Manager for Amplify Education's PD Design team, leading the systemization of complex professional development asset creation and management for K-12 educators. This role focuses on implementing robust project management processes and driving organizational change while serving 15+ million students across all 50 states.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end project management processes for professional development asset creation, implement portfolio-level initiatives, and systematize design communications and handoffs. Facilitate stakeholder buy-in for process transformation, manage change resistance, and establish scalable systems for tracking and organizing the full lifecycle of asset creation from concept to delivery.
Skills & Tools: Strong organizational and systems-thinking skills with expertise in project management tools and data visualization platforms. Exceptional communication abilities, change management experience, and tech-savviness combined with the ability to synthesize complex information and translate strategic vision into actionable processes.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of project management experience, including demonstrated change management expertise and proficiency in project management tools. Familiarity with K-12 education sector is preferred.
Location: United States
Compensation: $85K–$95K/yr
