Summary

Sales Intern for Grammarly's Partner Solutions team developing tailored sales training content for international partners over a 12-week summer program. The role focuses on creating enablement materials to help partners effectively sell and position Grammarly's AI writing assistance platform.

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales Enablement teams to develop training content flows with talk tracks in Google Slides, record audio for a Learning Management System, and create quiz questions to ensure partner comprehension. Drive training content creation for thousands of international partner contacts.
Skills & Tools: Strong content creation and instructional design abilities, proficiency with Google Slides and LMS platforms, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and familiarity with sales enablement concepts. Embodies ethical, adaptable, gritty, empathetic, and remarkable qualities while following Grammarly's MOVE principles.
Qualifications: Currently enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, with availability for the entire 12-week program. Previous experience in training development, high-tech companies, or sales is preferred.
Location: United States (Hybrid/Remote - candidates can work remotely with expected in-person attendance during scheduled team collaboration weeks)
Compensation: $30.00/hour

The Opportunity

To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for an Intern to join our Partner Solution Team this summer! In this twelve-week position, you’ll be assigned to one of our emerging solution areas to develop tailored sales training virtually attended by thousands of partner contacts.

As a Grammarly Intern, you'll drive the training content for our international Partner base to sell and position Grammarly. In this role, you will:

  • Partner with our Product Marketing team to understand our Market Position and Product Messaging
  • Collaborate with our Sales Enablement Team to modify our existing content for a Partner Audience
  • Create content flows with talk tracks in Google Slides.
  • Record audio and prepare enablement for uploading into our Learning Management System.
  • Propose and gain alignment on quiz questions to ensure comprehension.

Qualifications

  • Available for the entire duration of a twelve-week program.
  • Currently enrolled in a full-time, degree-seeking program and in the process of obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (or a related field).
  • Previous experience developing training is a plus.
  • Previous experience working in or around high-tech companies and sales is a plus.

Compensation

The expected pay for this position is $30.00 USD/hour and may be modified in the future.
