TechOps NOC Engineer responsible for monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure and operations at Gainsight. The role ensures system availability, performance, and rapid incident response to support business continuity.

Key Responsibilities: Monitor network operations center activities, respond to alerts and incidents, manage system performance and troubleshooting, and coordinate with technical teams to resolve operational issues. Provide on-call support and maintain documentation of incidents and resolutions.

Skills & Tools: Strong knowledge of network monitoring tools, infrastructure management, incident response procedures, and ticketing systems. Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field with 2+ years of NOC or infrastructure operations experience. Certifications in networking or systems administration are preferred.
