This role sits at the intersection of client delivery and strategic advisory — working directly with BFSI clients to solve complex operational, data, and technology challenges while contributing to practice development and business growth.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in BFSI environments, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to translate complex client problems into actionable, outcome-driven solutions. You are equally comfortable in a boardroom presenting findings to executives as you are rolling up your sleeves to work through a data architecture challenge with a client's technical team.
