Role Snapshot
Lead sales cycles and build strategic partnerships with Kโ12 districts as a District Partnerships Manager at LitLab.ai, a rapidly growing edtech company. Drive customer engagement, product feedback, and go-to-market strategy while directly impacting student literacy outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Manage full sales cycles from outreach through onboarding, conduct discovery calls and live demos with district leaders, and represent the company at industry events. Execute outbound campaigns, draft proposals, manage quotes and invoicing, and operationalize go-to-market processes while gathering customer feedback to inform product decisions.
Skills & Tools: Strong verbal and written communication, exceptional organizational abilities, and proficiency with full-cycle sales processes. Experience with live demos, process optimization, and comfort using AI strategically in workflows; Kโ12 classroom teaching or instructional coaching experience is a bonus.
Qualifications: 2+ years in Kโ12 edtech sales, customer support, or account executive roles with demonstrated success managing customer cycles and delivering demos to educators. Preferred experience as a Kโ12 classroom teacher or instructional coach.

Job Description
Examples of what you might do
- Own and manage the full sales cycle with Kโ12 districts, from initial outreach to quote to close to onboarding.
- Run discovery calls to understand district needs and connect that to what we offer
- Capture feedback from school admins and teachers to inform product, marketing, and our future offerings.
- Represent LitLab at conferences, webinars, and regional events (up to 20% travel)
- Deliver strong demos to school and district leaders.
- Respond quickly, schedule intro calls, and run disciplined follow-up sequences for new leads.
- Execute proactive outreach to a targeted list of schools/school leaders and run effective outbound email campaigns.
- Draft proposals, build quotes, and manage approvals, POs, and invoicing.
- Iterate on and operationalize our go-to-market motion, leaning on AI strategically in the process, and improving repeatability of our sales workflow.
What You Bring
Qualifications
- You have 2+ years selling or supporting customers in Kโ12 edtech in a CS or AE role.
- Experience delivering live demos to educators or school leaders, and/or knowledge about how districts buy
- Comfort running a full customer cycle from lead โ quote โ close โ onboarding.
- A proven track record of success and overachievement.
- (Bonus) You have experience as a K-12 classroom teacher or instructional coach!
