Role Snapshot
Lead Software (Analytics) Engineer at OCLC driving data innovation and developing advanced data models for the Enterprise Metadata Platform. Role focuses on designing distributed data pipelines and enhancing data accessibility across the organization.
Key Responsibilities: Design and develop distributed data pipelines, promote data innovation, and ship large features with minimal guidance. Support team members, solve complex technical problems, and lead Enterprise Metadata Platform initiatives while implementing DataOps philosophy.
Skills & Tools: Expertise in data pipeline development using modern data technologies, proficiency in Python/Java/Scala, experience with large-scale data warehouse design, and strong communication and leadership abilities.
Qualifications: Minimum bachelor's degree in Computer Science with 6+ years of software development experience. Proven experience with large-scale Data Warehouses and demonstrated leadership in analytics projects.
Location: Dublin, Ohio
Compensation: $120K–$160K/yr
