Role Snapshot
Data Science Summer Intern at OCLC evaluating large datasets containing billions of bibliographic metadata pieces to develop machine learning models that make knowledge accessible worldwide. This role supports OCLC's mission to connect libraries and organizations to critical information through AI and advanced analytics.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in Python and PySpark, familiarity with cloud ML solutions, knowledge of data visualization platforms (Tableau or PowerBI), statistical methods, and SQL. Knowledge of bibliographic data structures is a plus.
Qualifications: Must be currently enrolled as a student with relevant academic training in data science and statistical methods. Internship runs full-time from May 18, 2026 to August 14, 2026.
Location: Dublin, Ohio
Compensation: $15–$30/hr
