Vice President leading the strategy, modernization, and transformation of PowerSchool's ERP and Talent management portfolio to shift K-12 institutions from legacy systems to an intelligent, AI-powered platform. This role is central to PowerSchool's evolution toward a unified platform that unlocks value for existing customers while building foundation for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities: Define and execute product vision for ERP and Talent systems with emphasis on modernization, platform unification, and AI-driven innovation. Own product line family performance including revenue growth, margin expansion, cost efficiency, and lead customer-centric transformation efforts to increase adoption, retention, and expansion while identifying and embedding high-impact AI/ML use cases across the product suite.

Skills & Tools: Deep product leadership experience with operational rigor, strategic thinking, and ability to drive innovation at scale. Expertise in AI/ML application, customer-centric product strategy, financial discipline, cross-functional team leadership, and experience modernizing enterprise software portfolios.

Qualifications: Extensive experience leading product teams and driving enterprise software transformation, with proven track record in ERP, talent management, or similar complex B2B software portfolios. Strong background in AI/ML strategy, K-12 education market knowledge preferred, and demonstrated ability to balance near-term performance with long-term platform transformation.

Location: Remote - US-TX-Dallas | US-US-Remote

Compensation: $170K–$299K/yr
