Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is HK$300,000 – HK$420,000/year based on title, seniority, and location.

We are seeking a Client Solutions professional (1–3 years experience) to join our team focused exclusively on the Japan market. This is a full-time, client-facing role involving expert engagement management, research support, and client servicing.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Japanese and English, and passionate about consulting, research, and client engagement in a fast-paced global environment.


Key Responsibilities


1. Client & Expert Engagement Management

  • Manage end-to-end expert matching between clients and industry experts globally, with a focus on Japan-related requests
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of expert insights
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and experts

2. Research & Consulting Support

  • Support clients with market research, industry benchmarking, and competitive analysis focused on Japan
  • Translate client requirements into structured research outputs
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights to support decision-making

3. Client Growth & Retention

  • Support account management activities including renewals and ongoing engagement
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts
  • Contribute to revenue growth through strong client servicing

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with global internal teams to deliver Japan-focused client projects
  • Ensure smooth execution of client requests across regions


What We Are Looking For
