We are seeking a Client Solutions professional (1–3 years experience) to join our team focused exclusively on the Japan market. This is a full-time, client-facing role involving expert engagement management, research support, and client servicing.
The ideal candidate is fluent in Japanese and English, and passionate about consulting, research, and client engagement in a fast-paced global environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client & Expert Engagement Management
- Manage end-to-end expert matching between clients and industry experts globally, with a focus on Japan-related requests
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of expert insights
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and experts
2. Research & Consulting Support
- Support clients with market research, industry benchmarking, and competitive analysis focused on Japan
- Translate client requirements into structured research outputs
- Deliver clear, actionable insights to support decision-making
3. Client Growth & Retention
- Support account management activities including renewals and ongoing engagement
- Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts
- Contribute to revenue growth through strong client servicing
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with global internal teams to deliver Japan-focused client projects
- Ensure smooth execution of client requests across regions
What We Are Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in consulting, research, recruitment, client servicing, or related fields
- Strong proficiency in Japanese and English (mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinking and research capability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
- Interest in consulting, markets, and business strategy
