Summary

Senior Manager, Marketing Operations at Panopto will own the strategy, management, and optimization of the company's marketing technology stack, data infrastructure, and campaign measurement to drive pipeline growth and performance visibility. This role is critical to ensuring marketing programs are measurable, efficient, and aligned with Sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Administer and optimize the marketing tech stack (Marketo, Salesforce, Qualified), manage integrations, and lead a migration to HubSpot while ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Own lead scoring and routing frameworks, execute campaigns, maintain dashboards and KPI reporting, and partner strategically with Demand Generation and Sales teams to tie marketing investments to pipeline and revenue impact.
Skills & Tools: Strong proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Marketo or HubSpot), Salesforce administration, analytics and reporting expertise, and database management. Demonstrated analytical thinking, communication skills, and ability to translate data into strategic insights for go-to-market strategy.
Qualifications: 7-10 years of Marketing Operations experience in B2B SaaS or technology companies with proven expertise in marketing tech stack management and campaign performance optimization. Bachelor's degree implied; strong track record of driving operational improvements and cross-functional alignment.
