We are seeking a detail-oriented Analyst - Pricing & Business Analytics to support strategic pricing and bundling decisions through data analysis, market research, and competitive intelligence. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with technical proficiency in data extraction and manipulation to drive profitable pricing strategies. The role will report to the Executive Director of Pricing & Bundling within Amplify’s Go To Market Strategy & Operations team.

Essential Responsibilities:

Data Management & Technical Analysis

  • Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from Snowflake data warehouse using SQL
  • Pull and reconcile financial and operational data from NetSuite ERP system
  • Perform statistical analysis to identify pricing opportunities and risks
  • Collaborate with data teams to ensure data accuracy and availability

Pricing Analysis & Strategy

  • Analyze pricing trends, customer behavior, and market dynamics to recommend optimal pricing strategies
  • Develop and maintain pricing models and processes for products/services across different market segments
  • Support pricing decisions for new product launches and existing portfolio optimization
  • Monitor pricing performance and provide regular reporting and communication to stakeholders
  • Create, document, and execute complex cross-functional processes to ensure alignment on pricing projects
  • Document pricing methodologies and approvals in an organized manner

Problem Solving

  • Support Executive Director of Pricing to identify and solve complex problems that will block a product from launching successfully by working collaboratively with product, sales, and other teams
  • Support cross-functional projects tied to short-term and long-term strategic initiatives
  • Lead urgent, in-market pricing and discounting analyses and recommendations

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2-5 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, pricing, or related field
  • Experience in extracting, transforming, and analyzing large datasets from Snowflake data warehouse using SQL

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a commercial, finance, pricing, or revenue-focused role
  • Experience pulling and analyzing data from NetSuite ERP system
  • Experience balancing multiple projects and organizing time and priorities effectively
  • Collaborative mindset; ability to work and communicate cross-functionally across data, finance, marketing, and sales teams

What we offer:

Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a 401(k) plan, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross salary range for this role is $85,000 - $95,000. This role is eligible to earn an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
