Summary
Strategic Customer Advisor for Gainsight's EMEA region, responsible for driving customer success and retention through strategic advisory and relationship management. Role focuses on maximizing customer value and expanding account relationships across the European market.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to key accounts, conducting regular business reviews and identifying growth opportunities. Drive customer adoption of Gainsight's platform and support account expansion initiatives.
Skills & Tools: Strong consultative selling and account management expertise with excellent communication and presentation abilities. Deep understanding of SaaS platforms, customer success methodologies, and the ability to translate customer needs into strategic solutions.
Qualifications: 5+ years of enterprise software sales, customer success, or account management experience in a similar role. Proven track record of managing strategic accounts and driving revenue expansion.
