Apply Salesforce daily for renewal activities, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and mentor team members for successful renewal processes.
Skills & Tools: Strong Salesforce CRM expertise, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and proven capacity to meet renewal and retention targets. Leadership, mentoring capabilities, strategic thinking, and flawless execution with outstanding attention to detail are essential.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Education, or related field with 3+ years in renewals, account management, or sales, preferably in K-12 education. Minimum 1+ years of team management or mentoring experience required.

What You'll Do Here:

  • Lead a team of renewal specialists to achieve 100% of assigned territory renewal goals.
  • Manage a book of business, coordinating end-to-end renewal execution for assigned accounts.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all renewal contracts.
  • Improve forecast accuracy by applying full BANT methodology to renewal opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a robust renewal pipeline.
  • Apply Salesforce daily to manage renewal activities, ensuring data integrity.
  • Develop and maintain a territory and team renewal plan, including a mid-year review.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic renewal discussions.
  • Mentor and support team members for a seamless renewal process and high customer happiness.
  • Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities during the renewal cycle and coordinate with the sales team.

Skills You'll Need Here:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Education, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in renewals, account management, or sales—preferably in the K–12 education sector.
  • 1+ years of experience managing or mentoring team members.
  • Strong CRM skills, especially with Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed renewal and retention targets

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
