Role Snapshot

Remote Regional VP of Sales responsible for driving revenue growth in large K-12 school districts (25,000+ students) through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing relationships. This role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and is critical to Navigate360's mission of transforming school safety and well-being.

Skills & Tools: Proven sales background with strong communication and presentation abilities, expertise in the K-12/EdTech markets, and proficiency in data-driven decision-making and complex deal management. Demonstrated capability in relationship building, account planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience required; Master's degree with 8+ years of sales experience preferred. Experience in K-12 school district sales or EdTech sector is essential.
Location: Richfield, Ohio
Compensation: $130K–$180K/yr
