Role Snapshot

National Sales Executive role focused on expanding sales of hands-on educational kits across the Western US PreK-12 market. This position blends inside and outside sales to help shape how students experience learning while growing a mission-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage a territory plan to meet sales goals, build relationships with school district decision-makers, conduct virtual and in-person product demonstrations, and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation through closing. Collaborate with internal teams, attend regional education conferences, and maintain accurate CRM records while staying informed on K-12 trends and purchasing cycles.
Skills & Tools: Proven sales experience in the PreK-12 education market with strong consultative, relationship-based selling abilities. Proficiency with CRM tools and virtual meeting platforms, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a passion for improving student learning experiences.
Qualifications: Demonstrated track record of successful sales to school districts, educational cooperatives, or youth-serving organizations with deep understanding of the Western US education landscape. Self-starter capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and traveling for trade shows and district meetings.
Location: Western
Compensation: $70K–$110K/yr
