Sales Development Representative driving lead generation for Aceable's B2B Sales team targeting education institutions. This role offers high visibility and career growth potential within a mission-driven, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities: Prospect into educational institutions through multichannel outreach (phone, email, social), generate qualified leads, and manage pipeline in CRM tools while collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to refine messaging and strategies.
Skills & Tools: 1+ years of sales development experience, proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred), self-motivation, relationship-building ability, and comfort with ambiguity and iterative testing.
Qualifications: 1+ years in sales development or business development with experience managing complex sales cycles (3-6 months). Passion for education preferred; must reside in Austin, TX and be open to hybrid work model.
Location: Austin, Texas
Compensation: $40Kโ€“$80K/yr
