Role Snapshot

Sales Development Representative at Coursera responsible for generating leads and qualifying prospects to build the sales pipeline. The role is critical to driving growth by connecting prospective customers with Coursera's online learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Build and qualify pipelines of leads through inbound and outbound prospecting, conduct discovery conversations with prospects, and develop engagement strategies. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to provide customer insights and ensure seamless pipeline development.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency with sales tools like Salesforce, strong communication and analytical abilities, and experience in consultative sales approaches. Comfort working in dynamic, fast-paced environments handling high-volume requests.
Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in sales development or outbound sales setting required. Preferred experience with enterprise sales/partnerships and knowledge of education technology and enterprise learning.
Location: Massachusetts, California
Compensation: $68K–$85K/yr
