Role Snapshot
Sr. Solutions Consultant at Eightfold will leverage AI-powered talent intelligence solutions to transform employment opportunities by consulting with customers and collaborating closely with sales teams. The role focuses on delivering technical guidance, compelling demonstrations, and strategic product influence to drive customer success.
Key Responsibilities: Consult with customers and prospects on how Eightfold solutions improve business processes, deliver compelling demonstrations, and provide technical guidance during the sales process. Maintain customer relationships pre and post-sale, influence product strategy through customer feedback, lead solution design, and create automated demo content.
Skills & Tools: 5+ years of customer-facing Sales Engineering experience with exceptional communication and presentation abilities. Understanding of HR technologies, customer success methodologies, and knowledge of Human Resources or Talent Management domains; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
Qualifications: 5+ years of customer-facing Sales Engineering experience required with a strong focus on customer success and a desire to solve employment challenges. Experience in Human Resources or Talent Management is desired along with adaptability to a startup environment.
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Compensation: $120K–$175K/yr
