Job Description
IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Production Associate to join our Print & Instruction team. In this role, you will support ongoing efforts for Takeoff by IXL, coordinating graphic design work and reviewing designs for visual style. Your attention to detail, communication skills, visual eye, and commitment to quality will make personalized learning a reality for millions of students. #LI-EM1
This is a full time position in our Raleigh office. The work schedule for this role is Monday-Friday in the office with the option to work from home one day per week.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Coordinate the creation of high quality print materials for Takeoff by IXL
- Review new print designs for accuracy and visual appeal
- Review edits to existing print designs, ensuring that the right changes were made and that no errors got introduced
- Create instructional slide decks based on design templates
- Communicate with project stakeholders on progress toward deadlines
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail is required
- Creative eye for formatting and design; interest or experience with graphic design is a plus
- Ability to be efficient and organized while working on multiple projects simultaneously
