Role Snapshot
Director of Mid-Market Account Management at Docebo leads a sales team to drive revenue growth and customer retention through effective go-to-market strategies and leadership development. The role reports directly to the VP of Sales and is instrumental in enabling predictable growth through disciplined pipeline management and high-performing sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the mid-market segment, lead and coach 2-3 frontline sales managers, and oversee hiring and retention of top-performing sales leaders. Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to ensure pipeline alignment, monitor performance metrics, and serve as an escalation point for key deals and strategic initiatives.
Skills & Tools: 10+ years of technology sales experience, preferably in SaaS, with 3-5 years managing frontline sales leaders and proven expertise in modern sales methodologies and pipeline management. Strong communication skills, ability to develop high-performance cultures, and proficiency in forecasting, team coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required with 10+ years of technology sales experience and 3-5 years of experience managing sales leaders. Proven track record leading mid-market or commercial sales teams with demonstrated success in team development and revenue growth.
Location: Canada
Compensation: CA$120K–CA$180K/yr
