Role Snapshot
A part-time Consultant role with MIND Education focused on delivering professional learning and coaching to teachers in K-8 mathematics education. The position supports districts in transforming their math curriculum and instructional practices to equip students with problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging professional learning sessions (in-person and virtual) to teachers, provide coaching and support to help educators develop effective math instruction practices, model classroom strategies, and facilitate data-review meetings with school and district leaders to support implementation and planning.
Skills & Tools: Expertise in adult learning principles and professional development delivery, strong facilitation and communication skills, demonstrated ability to coach teachers on math instructional practices, data analysis and strategic planning capabilities, and proficiency in modeling effective teaching strategies.
Qualifications: Extensive experience delivering professional learning in math education (K-8 preferred), proven track record of providing coaching support to teachers, and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with school and district leadership on curriculum transformation initiatives.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $65K–$95K/yr (estimated)
