Role Snapshot
Sales Development Representative at Coursera responsible for building and qualifying lead pipelines for the sales team by engaging prospective customers through discovery conversations and multi-channel engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Build and qualify lead pipelines through inbound inquiries and outbound prospecting, conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect needs, and develop creative engagement strategies using email, phone, social media, and content.
Skills & Tools: Customer-facing communication skills, sales fundamentals knowledge, experience with sales tools (Zoominfo, Salesforce, Outreach preferred), ability to work in ambiguous and fast-changing environments, and strong analytical and interpersonal abilities.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required, with 6+ months in a customer-facing role such as retail, customer service, or sales. Must be based in Phoenix, AZ or Miami, FL.
