Role Snapshot
Senior Manager driving profitability and revenue growth through product and partner management, overseeing a $1.5B revenue stream and $200M+ in Partner Controllable Margin. Responsible for integrating and developing programs, managing top-tier partners, and executing strategic business plans within the CDW portfolio.
Key Responsibilities: Manage pricing strategies, develop marketing plans, and oversee customer experience for assigned product categories and partners. Lead multiple top-10 partner relationships, direct Category Managers, oversee merchandising activities, manage SKU portfolios, and serve as escalation point between vendors and CDW while leading a team and communicating with executive leadership.
Skills & Tools: Proven leadership in product and partner management with strong analytical, financial, and strategic planning abilities. Excellent communication and relationship management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to assess competitive landscape and identify emerging technologies.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field with 6 years of relevant product/partner management experience. 3+ years of team management experience preferred.
Location: Chicago, Illinois
Compensation: $143K–$200K/yr
