Role Snapshot

The Practice VP, AWS Sales at CDW leads the end-to-end revenue lifecycle for Mission's AWS practice, driving growth through sales strategy execution, AWS partnerships, and team leadership. This role is critical to positioning Mission as an AWS Premier Tier Services Partner across CDW's sales organization.

Key Responsibilities: Define and execute sales strategy while driving predictable revenue growth through pipeline development, bookings, renewals, and expansion opportunities. Lead a distributed team of sales and revenue leaders, deepen executive relationships with AWS, and oversee strategic negotiations with customers and partners.
Skills & Tools: Proven senior revenue leadership in cloud consulting and AWS ecosystem organizations with deep knowledge of AWS co-sell motions and partner strategy. Strong executive presence, exceptional communication, strategic planning skills, and ability to align sales, alliances, and customer success functions.
Qualifications: Demonstrated success scaling revenue organizations during rapid growth, selling complex multi-service consulting engagements (migration, modernization, managed services, AI/ML), and aligning cross-functional teams for sustainable revenue growth. Ability to travel up to 50% required.
Location: Florida
Compensation: $150K–$250K/yr
