Summary

Data Entry Specialist contractor position with Amplify Education supporting multiple departments with data entry and cleanup initiatives. Role involves managing Salesforce accounts, Blackboard tutoring groups, and various company-wide projects in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities: Creating and updating accounts in Salesforce, setting up and updating tutoring groups in Blackboard, performing manual data entry and cleanup, and alerting leadership of any data or system errors. Assisting with various departmental and company-wide projects while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in Google Suite, Salesforce, and Blackboard with excellent written communication skills, accurate typing, and strong attention to detail. Must demonstrate ability to multitask, prioritize resources, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications: High school diploma required with high comfort level using technology, software, and online navigation. Preferred experience with Google Suite, Slack, Smartsheets, Jira, and other business tools.

The Amplify Business Systems team seeks a highly organized Data Entry Specialist. This role will assist variousdepartments with manual data entry and manual data cleanup initiatives. To do well in this role, you need a veryfine eye for detail, outstanding clerical skills, and familiarity with google sheets. A Lead must haveexcellent communication skills, must have the ability to balance multiple projects, prioritize resources, and be anopen resource to the team. To accomplish this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform allresponsibilities. 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Creating and updating accounts within Salesforce 
  • Setting up and updating tutoring groups within Blackboard 
  • Alerting Team Lead and Associate Manager of any data or system errors 
  • Assisting with various projects department and company wide 

Required Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma 
  • High level of comfort with technology including devices, software, and online navigation 
  • Excellent written communication skills; proficient typing and accurate spelling 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience with Google Suite (Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets, Google Slides), Slack, Salesforce, Blackboard, Smartsheets, Jira and other business tools software as needed
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills; must be adept at multitasking and prioritizing in a work from home environment

Compensation:

The hourly rate range for this role is $19.00-$24.00.
