Summary
Director of Strategic Customer Success at Pluralsight leading the development and execution of customer success strategy across a large global portfolio, focusing on customer value realization, engagement, and satisfaction while coaching and empowering Customer Success Managers.
Key Responsibilities: Build and articulate the vision for the Strategic Customer Success team, drive new initiatives to evolve customer success strategy, oversee team operations including forecasting and capacity planning, and build strong relationships with top customers to support retention and expansion opportunities.
Skills & Tools: Extensive customer-facing experience in SaaS, proven ability to lead and manage multiple teams, strong relationship-building and communication capabilities, expertise in enterprise customer success methodologies, and strategic planning and execution skills.
Qualifications: Minimum 12 years of related experience or 8+ years with an advanced degree, with direct experience in renewal processes, customer engagement, and driving customer ARR through strategic initiatives.
Location: Hybrid (Westlake/Dallas, TX with remote flexibility); Remote from United States of America
Compensation: $173,300 – $192,500/year
