The Pricing Analyst develops and executes pricing strategies for educational products, working cross-functionally with Finance, Technology, Marketing, and Sales teams. This role requires detail-oriented execution, data analysis, and the ability to work under tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities: Create custom proposals for sales managers, develop and review pricing for product lines, track and analyze marketing performance, compile customer agreements, and conduct competitive research and cost analysis. The role also supports data integrity and identifies opportunities to support sales and marketing initiatives.
Skills & Tools: Advanced Excel proficiency including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation, with some MSSQL experience. Strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, and demonstrated ability to balance detail-oriented work with big-picture thinking.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or relevant discipline required. Experience with pricing analysis, data management, and working in cross-functional environments is expected.
Location: In-Person - New Rochelle
Compensation: $60K–$70K/yr

Job Description

*This position is onsite at our New Rochelle, NY office on our hybrid schedule. Position Purpose: Pricing Analyst will focus on the development and execution of the pricing strategy, including pricing and assembly of new and existing products, evaluation of potential deals, preparation of RFP material, and marketing analysis. The role works closely with a number of teams within the organization such as Finance, Technology, Marketing, and Sales. Success in this position requires detail-oriented thinking, a bias towards action, execution, comfort with data ambiguity, and the ability to work under tight timelines. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create custom proposals for the Regional Sales Managers and Bid Managers.
  • Develop, review, and revise pricing and assembly setup for new and existing product lines.
  • Track, report and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives.
  • Compile and analyze potential customer agreements/contracts.
  • Conduct competitive research and cost analysis for pricing development.
  • Identify opportunities to help support and maintain data integrity
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities and initiatives Job Requirements/Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or relevant discipline
  • High level of Excel proficiency and analysis and some MSSQL.
  • Demonstrate commitment to detail and accuracy and have the ability to understand the big picture and its impact.
  • Advanced Excel skills; confident navigating, filtering/sorting, text to columns, data validation, and pivot tables; demonstrated ability using formulas.
  • Strong business acumen.

  • Customer Service orientated Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 *The base salary range represents the low and high end of the expected salary range for the position.
