Summary

A Senior Manager role at Kaplan responsible for converting prospective families into enrolled admissions consulting programs through consultative sales and targeted outreach. This position drives growth for Kaplan Advising while maintaining the company's reputation as a leader in educational advising.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct family consultations to understand educational goals and recommend tailored programs, manage the consultation pipeline, source and qualify new leads, and maintain CRM records to track performance. Additionally, collaborate with marketing teams, deliver limited direct advising services, and provide performance insights to leadership.
Skills & Tools: Strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, proven consultative sales expertise, and knowledge of K12 and college admissions markets. Experience with CRM systems, lead generation, and data-driven decision-making required.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred) with 4+ years of senior sales, advising, or enrollment management experience in education or professional services. Proven ability in family/client relationship management and enrollment conversion.
Location: Remote from Florida, United States of America (nationwide USA positions available)
Compensation: $64,000 – $100,000/year
