Summary
Senior Manager for Account Management at Grammarly for Education, leading a team to drive revenue growth in the education market through strategic account expansion and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and coach Senior Account Managers, develop strategic expansion playbooks, manage multi-million dollar pipelines with accurate forecasting, and ensure alignment on revenue goals and account retention priorities. Serve as escalation point for complex sales challenges, optimize processes for pipeline efficiency, and drive cross-selling initiatives into new departments.
Skills & Tools: 5+ years sales and management experience with strong data analysis and decision-making capabilities, excellent communication skills, proven quota achievement track record, and background or understanding of AI technologies within education markets.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred with minimum 5+ years progressive sales experience and 5+ years management experience in a leadership role. Demonstrated quota achievement, growth-focused sales pipeline management, and accurate forecasting ability required.
Location: Hybrid - United States (remote-based with expected travel for scheduled team collaboration weeks)
Compensation: $288,000 – $380,000/year
