Role Snapshot

Lead K-12 sales of device lifecycle solutions across the Mountain/Central U.S. region for CTL, a ChromeOS solutions leader. Build executive-level relationships with school districts and manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities: Develop strategic territory plans, identify opportunities using procurement databases and AI tools, build relationships with district leaders, and guide customers through end-to-end solution selling from discovery to implementation. Represent CTL at regional events, maintain pipeline growth, and partner cross-functionally with marketing and product teams.
Skills & Tools: K-12 sales expertise with consultative selling and solution-selling capabilities; strong communication and presentation skills for engaging senior-level district leaders. Proficiency with AI sales tools, procurement databases, and ability to manage long-cycle sales processes with a hunter mindset.
Qualifications: 3+ years of K-12 sales experience, ideally with hardware and related services, plus proven success managing multi-stakeholder sales processes. Background as a school district CIO or IT Manager preferred; strong understanding of K-12 procurement processes, funding cycles, and decision-making hierarchies required.
Location: Wyoming, Oklahoma
Compensation: $80K–$275K/yr
