Role Snapshot

Account Executive (Director of Educational Partnerships) at Solution Tree focused on K-12 sales in Oklahoma, Kansas, and Nebraska. This outside sales role drives revenue through professional development resources and educator services while building relationships with district decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet quarterly and annual revenue goals across print resources, educator events, and onsite professional development. Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers (Superintendents, administrators, principals) through in-person meetings, calls, and virtual conferencing while managing expenses and maintaining Salesforce.com records.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in solution selling, account targeting, and territory planning with strong technical skills in Salesforce.com, Outlook, Excel, and Word. Excellent communication, organization, collaboration, and diagnostic information-gathering abilities with results-oriented mindset.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required with a minimum of five years of successful K-12 sales experience. Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel at least 50% of the time.
Location: Oklahoma, Kansas
Compensation: $65K–$95K/yr
