Summary
Senior Product Manager for Coursera's Notification Platform responsible for driving learner engagement through effective communication strategies across email, push, and in-app channels. This role is critical to driving engagement and retention throughout the learner journey.
Key Responsibilities: Lead strategy and execution of the Notification Platform, collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Marketing, Data Science, and Core Product to build a unified and scalable notification system. Define notification standards, improve performance metrics, and ensure learners receive timely, relevant, and compliant messaging.
Skills & Tools: 4+ years of product management experience with strong technical fluency and experience with messaging technologies like Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Demonstrates data-driven decision-making skills and familiarity with legal requirements such as GDPR.
Qualifications: 4+ years of product management experience required. Familiarity with messaging infrastructure tools and legal/compliance requirements such as GDPR preferred.
Location: Remote (USA or Canada)
Compensation: $113,000 – $142,000/year
